For an added layer of security against malware, the Oakdoor™ Import Diode ensures that structured data coming into the segregated network cannot contain malicious elements. The diode digitally wraps any non-structured data, such as executable programs, rendering it harmless until further inspection of the content can happen. As hardware verifies the data structure, it’s impossible to hack the system and alter the specification or running code.
